It's like 3 more weeks left of school but yet we still have full projects to complete I don't understand 

Ms. Hegeman or the reason we still writing blog gave my class a Action Project to do. Even though she told my class after we read Beloved we weren't going to do anything but watch movies and analyze them. I guess she lied 

The lovely Ms.Tomlin currently still has us doing projects. I finished one today and the next one is due next week.

Ms.Hudson gave my Physics class a project to build a roller coaster. 

It just seems like you never get a break from life unless you dead, that really facts. 

We graduate school June 25. I have to go to an EOP summer program for my school but I'm fine with that and I can't wait to go to college and me new people and experience new things. Although I have the summer program, this is the only summer I have gotten accepted my SYEP but I am only working two much, it's still money. 

This is a blog where I'm going to complain about everything.

I'm tired of waking up every morning to sit in classes.

I wish I was rich and be home schooled.

I wish we wasn't doing nothing in classes.

I wish graduation would hurry up.

I wish prom would come already because I have been looking hurt for like 2 months.

I just wish I can sleep all day long and get paid to do it.

But … the world doesn't revolve around me so I'll have to continue doing those things. 

Passion Blog

You know what I'm real passionate about right now... GRADUATION ! I'm so done with high school like I'm over it.

Every morning I wake up I think why do I have school still, why are teachers still giving us work and why is this month going by so slow. I waited 4 long years, faced some hard times and I'm just so ready to get my diploma and start my college experience. I got a cold because I'm sick of school. Its no other way to explain it, I say I'm tired of school  for like the first 3 periods of the day.

Another thing I'm passionate/excited about is Rites of Passage and Prom ( clapping hand emoji). Rites of Passage is next week. I can not wait until the, I want to hear everybody get spoken for its going to be one of those sad moments. A lot of people in y graduating class have made a great change for the better and have matured more. I'm always curious about what the speakers for everyone are going to say. I'm excited for prom because come on who isn't. Everybody is going to look so nice; people are going to have on make-up, dresses, heels and the boys are going to look so handsome with there ties and suits. Its a beautiful thing to see how everyone has grown.

It was great being a senior. I'm really passionate about success and I see noting less for me in the future. I'm passionate about being a person that people look up to. I'm passionate about making money so my kids and family don't have to struggle. I'm passionate about money in general. I'm passionate about life and that I wake up every morning .

School is about to be over we're about to graduate. 

In classes we aren't really doing anything only in out major classes like English and Economics. In Ms.Tomlin class we are currently doing two projects. We are doing a Household budget project and a Stock Market Project. For the household budget project we were given a yearly salary and children if you were given any, it was all randomly chosen. I was given 2 kids and a yearly salary of 45,000. Every week there a different part dealing with life such as transportation, apartment, weekly, daily and monthly expensive. That project teaches you how it is as an adult or parent. It also teaches you the responsibility you will in counter. 

The stock market project is all about invest and how to read the stock. In that project we picked eight stocks and we picked how many of each stock we are going to buy. We learned how to read a stock and rather it's a good or bad investment. We also learned stock language like a ticket symbol. 

In Ms.Hegeman class we are reading a book called Beloved. The book is interesting so far and it shows what mothers are willing to sacrifice and do to protect they children. I believe in spirits so the concept of the book and the creative mind behind it was nice. 

It's about 28 days until graduation  and I'm so excited !

So like a week after Fast and Furious came out I went to go see it. At the end of the movie they made a tribute for Paul Walker, which was nice, and they used the song See You Again by Wiz Khalifa ft. Charlie Puth.

This is the hook of the song. I feel that if you ever lost anybody that was close to you when you hear this song it really touches you. The hook talks about it being a long day and wishing you can tell that person but you cant but when you die y'all will be reunited and you get to tell them all about it. You and the person have had a long and powerful friendship or since they have past you developed a lot and when you see them again you'll tell them all about it.

Personally for me I know the true definition of this. I lost my mother young, I just to tell my mother everything, I never missed a day without talking to her.  But, there is so many things that I wish I could just call her up and tell her about. I came a long way after that, I got my first scholarship in 11th grade by myself and wasn't there when i got presented the award. Its my senior year and my mother not going to be here to take my prom pictures or yell loud i the audience at my graduation. Those things I'm going to me but i know she proud and i know one day spiritually and we are going to talk for decades. That's what i think about when i listen to the hook and that's how it connects to me.

No matter who a person is, they don't deserve to lose no parent. I never thought I would lose my mother in a million years even after all the good memories even the bad memories nobody never wants to see the day you ll be talking to you through the sky.

Did you ever sit down in think about life?

why it is so hard?

why after something bad happens... not to short after it's something again ?

When is enough going to be enough?

 

My life far from easy but I believe that's what made me the person I am today,

Yeah I changed but who doesn't.

I think people get caught in a fantasy world,

where you et what you want,

where's there an happy ending to relationships

and friendships last forever.

But that's not the truth.

 

We go to high school dreaming of this big rich life with lots of friends and fun.

In all reality we go to school to get a degree to then get a job to live good.

Sometimes that doesn't even happen even after paying thousands of dollars.

 

I just want to be successful.

I don't want the big cars and big mansions.

I just want to be set for life and make sure my sister good.

I don't have time to entertain things that aren't helping me.

 

The key to life is...

know who your REAL friends are

remember who helped when you needed it

and never forget where you came from.

The only person I grind for is my mother,
because even though she not here I know she looking down on me with a BIG SMILE.

Let me just start off by saying I LOVE WHEN TEACHERS PUT MY WORK UP ...

So in my AP Lit class we read the book Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen. Overall I liked the book it was interesting. Anyways, we did a active where Ms.Hegeman gave us a big paper. We divided the paper into eight zones and in every zone we wrote about different things. I think the BIG PAPER was beneficial to understanding the book.

We started reading a new book, The Heart of Darkness by Joseph Conrad, in class we're doing a close reading of the book and the book is hard to follow but when you ask questions or go to the back of the book to look for greater meaning it isn't that bad. Annotating inside of the book is helpful too because if you got questions or see something important you can just mark it in go. I look forward to reading the book because I think it would be a good book.

I'm really self-concussion about reading aloud. I know my vocabulary is limited and I could better my writing it wouldn't hurt. We use to do grammar rules and I use to do horrible on them. So now we do online grammar on, No Red Ink, and its helpful they show you examples and explanations if you don't get it correct. It also gives you more chances that's what I like about it. This online grammar website could be the solution to my problems when it come to English.

Interdisciplinary post

I just want to start this blog off by saying I'm so sick of school and I cant wait to graduate anyways...

Class..

So we started a new course of government which is Economics. I like it mostly because it has to do with money and I LOVE money, I mean who doesn't. So far were learning about the Free Enterprise and what kind of government we have. We also did a little cupcake poster , which was an activity that would help us think about all that things that go into opening a new business. 

In Physics we did a new lab. In this lab we had to create something that would protect an egg when its dropped from this ceiling and hit the floor. My partners were Brittney,Reyna and Miles. So, I kind of damaged the egg before it even dropped. After we created the thing to put the egg in we experimented and our egg cracked. If i didn't already put a little crack in the egg it could of survived. R.I.P to that egg. 

In my AP Lit class we started doing big papers. We're reading the Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen. So on the big paper we draw 8 zones and in the different zones we do different things connecting to the book. For example, our first zone was about our thoughts on the book so that's what we talk about in that zone and etc. 

Pre-Calculus, I'm so happy we took the regents and we pasted. So now were going more into Pre-Calculus , it isn't that hard. I like math and the thing about math is that its not difficult its just complex. You have to remember the steps and the formulas in order to get the answer right. We are learning how to do Matrices. Ms.Rios also has us doing a coding on Khan's Academy, Its fun you learn how to do coding and things that's apart of it. Like how to put color using coding, different shapes and even animation. I though something like Coding would be difficult but the way they explain it makes it easy.
